An automation that pushes pre-generated short-form fitness and walking demo videos to the FitLifeRevolution creator's TikTok inbox via the official TikTok Content Posting API.

The bridge runs locally; the creator reviews each draft inside the TikTok app before publishing.

• Login Kit (user.info.basic) — authenticate the creator's TikTok account.
• Content Posting API (video.upload) — upload videos to the creator's inbox for review and publishing.
• Direct Post is disabled.
